Production Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and plating services, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring high-quality production processes and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 0600 - 1430, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Responsible for set-up, operation, and maintenance of miscellaneous plating machines, processing parts to meet print and specification requirements
• Troubleshoot plating machines as required to ensure continuous operation
• Run Dry Film Lube with both Dip and Spray processes
• Have general knowledge of Cad and Silver Plate processes
• Prepare daily production reports and forms to track progress and quality

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies, and procedures
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to thirty pounds
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and principles
