PROGRAM MANAGER

Enterprise Lead For World Class Planning Strategy

You will serve as the enterprise lead for the oversight and management of the World Class Planning Strategy across all Regional Maintenance Centers.

You will develop and implement planning program policy, procedural, and operational changes, and provide strategic recommendations senior leadership on process improvements identified through studies, assessments, and internal reviews.

You will Interface directly with Directors and Department Headsincluding Waterfront Operations, Engineering, Corporate/Business Operations, and Contracts to ensure alignment of planning processes.

You will be the subject-matter expert for World Class Planning (WCP), providing oversight, direction, and management of WCP policy, process development, workforce training, and implementation across all Regional Maintenance Centers.

You will advise the Director and the Executive Director (ED) on improvements to surface ship depot maintenance and modernization planning, ensuring alignment with CNRMC strategic objectives.

You will lead the development, refinement, and execution of the WCP program, including workforce capability development, delivery of new planning products, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will conduct detailed reviews and analyses of RMC planning activities, WCP implementation, and performance metrics to identify planning gaps, inefficiencies, and systemic issues.

You will ensure policy and procedural updates are effectively implemented across all RMCs and aligned with NAVSEA technical authority requirements.

You will coordinate with RMC Business Agents and Project Teams to validate cost estimates, assess project financial status, evaluate material readiness, and review planning documentation.
