Job Description

Provide executive oversight for multifamily and mixed-use projects valued up to $100M. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to drive project strategy and execution. Manage client relationships, project financials, risk mitigation, and overall project performance. Support hiring, talent development, and division growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Experience leading multifamily podium construction projects. Proven leadership experience managing teams, performance reviews, and client relationships. Background overseeing large-scale projects valued up to $100M. Strong understanding of negotiated work, cost-plus contracts, scheduling, and value engineering. Experience with Procore, MS Project, preconstruction, and operations leadership.
