The Project Manager - Interiors - NoVA will be responsible for:
- Leading multiple commercial interiors projects from planning through final completion
- Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting
- Overseeing procurement, subcontractor buyout, and vendor coordination
- Serving as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams to ensure successful execution
- Reviewing and negotiate change orders, subcontracts, and project documentation
- Monitoring project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Mentoring project staff and collaborate closely with Superintendents and senior leadership
The Project Manager - Interiors - NoVA should have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing commercial interiors construction projects
- Strong background in corporate office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and workplace renovations within the DMV region
- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing project teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of NYC construction regulations, building standards, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
