Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.

Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities, ensuring effective project governance, and applying best practices on all projects. The role also involves producing formal project status reports, monitoring construction project progress, managing interfaces between suppliers, and providing technical support to various stakeholders.

Project/program specific responsibilities include assisting with site walks, and onsite coordination of contractors, vendors, and end users.

Market sector experience is required: 2-10 years. Project/program size in dollar value: $200K-$100M. Software specific requirements include Smartsheets, Microsoft Suite, and Procore.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, strong organizational and management skills, effective presentation skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools, and strong communication skills.

The minimum salary for the project manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position of project manager is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
