Project Manager

Take ownership of $5M-$20M commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Build budgets, develop schedules, guide value engineering efforts, and drive project profitability. Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and ongoing project coordination. Partner with field teams, clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Mentor junior team members while helping grow client relationships and future business opportunities.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience in healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, K-12, or higher education projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
• Driven, proactive, positive professional with long-term career determination

Annual salary between USD 100.000 and 130.000 base + 10% bonus. $800 monthly vehicle allowance, relocation assistance, and strong benefits package. 3-4 weeks PTO, student loan assistance, and excellent work-life balance.
