Project Manager

Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects. Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure project safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Ground-up multifamily construction experience required. Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software.

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 + bonus + benefits. Opportunity to lead a high-profile multifamily development. Strong pipeline of South Florida projects. Direct interaction with executive leadership.
