Information Security Project Manager

Our clients Information Security team seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, communicate, and implement several key initiatives across the enterprise. A qualified candidate will be familiar with information security concepts, and will bring strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills. A list of anticipated key initiatives include: IAM Re-architecture, PCI compliance, 3rd party risk, 2024 GRC tooling, SIEM Migration, Azure Active Directory MFA, and others TBD.

Job Duties:

• The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
• Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
• Establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
• Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
• Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

Job Requirements - Required (ranked):

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with infrastructure projects
• Self-starter with strong communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Extensive experience in working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps (VSTS work item management, JIRA, MSFT Project, etc.
