Requirements

• PMP Certification (Required; must be listed on the resume and proof may be requested)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale project management
• Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, reporting, stakeholder, and communication skills
• Preferred experience with Texas State Agencies and public health projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the Invoice Tracking System replacement project
• Plan, budget, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and change requests
• Facilitate meetings and track progress against project milestones
• Manage risks, issues, and scope; prepare concise reports and status updates
• Guide SDLC processes, ensuring accurate translation of business to technical specs
• Oversee Agile feature-driven sprint execution
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure project stays within budget and on schedule
