Sr Project Manager / Project Managers

We are currently seeking a Sr Project Manager / Project Managers with experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication to join a well-established and growing organization.

The company has been operating in the industry for 30+ years and is actively expanding its Project Management team. There are currently 3 PM teams in place, with a fourth team being added, creating an immediate need for:

  • 1 Senior Project Manager / Team Lead
  • 2 Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager-level professionals

Candidates at a variety of experience and compensation levels will be considered. The organization is prepared to interview and hire immediately for the right individuals.

This is a well-established structural steel fabrication operation with significant experience delivering complex commercial and industrial fabrication projects, including projects reaching 6,000 tons. The majority of projects typically fall in the 1,5003,500 ton range.

Project experience includes:

  • Airports
  • Hospitals
  • Towers
  • Higher Education / Education
  • Military facilities
  • Large-scale commercial and industrial projects

The company operates a fabrication facility over 200,000 sqft and fabricates over 40,000 tons of steel annually.

The Project Management team works closely with clients, engineers, detailers, fabricators, erectors, and other project stakeholders to successfully execute large-scale steel projects from award through completion.

Candidates should have a strong background in:

  • Structural steel fabrication
  • Miscellaneous metals / miscellaneous steel
  • Commercial and industrial construction
  • Large-scale fabrication projects
  • Project management or assistant project management
  • Coordinating with fabrication, detailing, engineering, and erection teams
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, scope, and client expectations

For the Senior PM / Team Lead opportunity, experience leading PM teams and managing complex, high-volume structural steel projects is highly desirable.
