We're partnering with one of the nation's leading renewable energy companies to hire a Tax Project Manager - Property Tax. This is not a traditional property tax role.

The team operates as a valuation and business advisory group, helping determine the fair market value of large-scale energy and infrastructure assets while influencing critical investment and operating decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex valuation and financial models
• Analyze fair market value for energy and infrastructure assets
• Support assessments, negotiations, appeals, and valuation strategies
• Provide guidance on new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
• Conduct scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting property tax

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property tax, valuation, appraisal, finance, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with DCF, income, cost, and market valuation methodologies
• Ability to defend and communicate complex valuation conclusions
• Interest in asset valuation, project economics, and business strategy
