Qualifications:

• Experience or training in adult inpatient and evaluation services.

• Experience with a multidisciplinary team.

• Board-certified (or board-eligible psychiatrist if within 5 years of residency).

• State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health medical license; DEA; CCSR.
