Position Highlights

Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary: $296,595.93$401,276.84 DOE

Practice Details
As a Psychiatrist at One Community Health, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Provide ongoing medication management and continuity of care
- Treat patients with co-occurring psychiatric, medical, and substance use disorders
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, psychologists, social workers, and behavioral health professionals
- Utilize telepsychiatry for virtual patient visits
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care delivery

- Has experience caring for patients with trauma histories and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Values equitable, compassionate, and culturally responsive care
- Is comfortable prescribing controlled medications when clinically appropriate
Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active California Medical License
- DEA Registration
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Preferred
- FQHC or Community Health Center experience
- Experience in integrated behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and restorative practices
