What You'll Do

• Support patient rehabilitation in an acute care hospital environment
• Assist with therapy sessions under supervision
• Implement treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Document patient progress using Cerner charting system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Work flexible shifts including at least one weekend per month and major holidays
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere

What You Need

• Valid Indiana state license or in-state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of PT aide experience in a hospital setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
