SUMMARY:
Responsible for manufacturing fencing products, including gates and wood fence panels. This team member will also assist with shipping yard activities, including loading and unloading trucks and pulling orders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment, and build productive relationships by solving problems. Experience in the fence industry is a plus but we are willing to train someone with relatable skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape PVC pipes, sheets, and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Assemble PVC components through welding, gluing, or fastening, ensuring structural integrity.
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, such as heat guns, saws, and bending machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and design specifications.
- Perform necessary repairs or adjustments to fabricated products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all workplace safety guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of production, materials used, and work progress.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve fabrication challenges.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in PVC fabrication or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Custom Fabrication, CNC Routing Equipment or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in PVC fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
WORK LOCATION: In person; Clearwater, FL
***Pre-employment drug test and physical must be completed upon hire.
Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
