QA Lead

Accountable for overall project delivery. Responsible for planning, organizing, stakeholder management, and risk/issue management. Ability to create test plan, test summary report, evaluate opportunities for automation, ensure automation is implemented, look for additional engineering opportunities to improve productivity. Communicate status and updates with Quality Services Management team. Review project requirements and provide guidance to the team. Ownership of work intake, SLAs, and status reporting. Guide supplier resources in alignment to AZL goals, supplier personnel development, and coaching. Acting as a first point of contact for escalations related to supplier personnel.
