Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Brea, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior QC inspection experience and a strong attention to detail to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify defects and non-conforming materials and report findings
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Follow company safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Previous Quality Control Inspection experience required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents preferred
• Experience using standard measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / production environment
• Standing for extended periods may be required
