Quality Analyst Staff- Level 4 | Lockheed Martin

This candidate will be apart of the NDT General FAB Inspection team. Candidate will be responsible for the creation of metrics tracking NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) performance, critical throughput in each task center, and acceptance/rejection status of commodities therein, providing daily, weekly, and monthly statistical data utilizing HANA & multiple data sites, to include Apriso, SFM, Tableau, and Oracle. Candidate will be required to review existing inspection requirements and inspection acceptance rates for assembly and fabrication to develop inspection policies. Candidate will work with planning & Floor QA to identify inspection points for potential reduction, and optimization. Candidate will conduct analysis of inspection pass rates and adjust oversight levels based on acceptance rates. Candidate will provide Quality Assurance oversight for planning assurance inspections. Candidate will support multiple shift and weekend activities including direct support of hourly represented personnel. Candidate will support multiple shift and weekend activities. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
