In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork. The start time for this position is between 5:00am and 7:00am.
Skills
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Automated inspection equipment operation
- Microscopic visual inspection
- Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or technical coursework preferred
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
