Radiation Oncologist Opportunity | Up to $546K + 21% Retirement | Portland, OR

Northwest Permanente is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologists to join our multidisciplinary team in Portland, Oregon.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) clinical practice in a state-of-the-art facility, where physicians typically specialize in 2-3 disease sites. You will work alongside a highly collaborative care team, delivering advanced radiation oncology treatments in a well-supported, patient-centered environment.

Practice Highlights

• Work alongside 9 Radiation Oncologists in a single location (no travel required)

• Supported by a team including:

  • 1 Nurse Practitioner

  • 5 Physicists

  • 7 Dosimetrists

• Advanced technology and services include:

  • Four TrueBeam linear accelerators

  • CT Simulation

  • HDR brachytherapy

  • Established SRS/SBRT program

• Ongoing facility expansion (adding linac, CT sim, orthovoltage unit)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $480,900 - $546,500 annually

• Total Rewards Value: $567,400 - $711,700
