Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: RADT Radiologic Technician
Practice radiation exposure safety following the “as low as reasonably achievable” (ALARA) standard.
Provide emergency medical support to healthcare providers during medical emergencies.
Follow statewide standard radiology protocols and documentation requirements.
Perform radiographic examinations with and without contrast media.
Carry out special procedures such as routine fluoroscopy, drainages, biopsies, and myelograms.
Develop and process X-ray exposures.
