What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle is clean and properly maintained
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries
Accurately complete delivery tickets and required documentation
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at plant and job sites
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and comply with all traffic regulations
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment
Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
