Responsibilities

Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of broad real estate finance experience with loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience. Qualified candidates will be able to draft primary loan documents and run transactions for lenders from inception through closing and after closings, including secondary market repurchase facility work, and other exit strategies.

Qualifications

3-7 Years of Real Estate Finance expeience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with large firm experience preferred.

Ability to independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing.
