A leading Am Law firm is seeking an Associate with 2- 6 years of experience to join its Real Estate Finance team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience representing lenders in:
- Mortgage loans
- Mezzanine financings
- Construction lending
- Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials
- Prior law firm experience from a nationally recognized law firm
- Admission to the D.C. Bar
