Under the supervision of the VP of Clinical Services for Post-Acute Services, the Regional Director of Clinical and Regulatory support:

• Supports clinical and quality initiatives for owned, managed, and consulting facilities by providing support to field CNO's and DQMs;
• Serves as the infection control specialist for post-acute services and is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating a consistent approach to infection prevention and control ;
• Supports Regulatory compliance and provides regulatory support for owned, managed and consulting facilities;
• Serves as a lead for mock surveys;
• Serves as the Interim CNO and DQM roles when needed
• Provides Quality Reporting oversight focused on timely and accurate reporting.
