We are a friendly, privately owned dental practice seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We don't rush patients through appointments, and we don't expect our hygienists to sell treatment or meet production quotas. What We Offer

  • Four-Day Workweek – M,T,W patient visitation 9 a.m. -6 p.m.; Thursday 8 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; No Fridays/Weekends

What You'll Do

  • Provide thorough dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services like fluoride
  • Take digital dental X-Rays and perform oral health assessments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment
  • Document clinical findings accurately and maintain organized patient charts
  • Use Open Dental software for charting and scheduling
  • Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures
  • Deliver gentle, high-quality care and build strong patient relationships
  • Communicate effectively with all team members

What We're Looking For

  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan
  • Current BLS, HIPAA, OSHA certifications (or updated within 30 days of hire)
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience is always a plus, but we will consider new hygiene graduates with excellent references

Compensation is based on clinical skills and experience.
