Registered Nurse

Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care to adults recovering from stroke, brain/spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. The RN will complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team. The role includes patient and family education, accurate documentation, support of faith-based, patient-centered values, and participation in quality improvement and continuing clinical education.
