We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Rehab Unit, where you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides safe, age-appropriate, and patient-centered care while serving as a key advisor and resource for patients and their families. As a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary care team, the RN:

  • Conducts and documents comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Identifies patient and family needs to guide individualized care planning
  • Develops, implements, and documents patient-specific plans of care
  • Provides education to patients and families to support recovery and independence
  • Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans as needed
  • Ensures care delivery aligns with professional nursing standards and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
  • Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/BLS certification
  • Less than one (1) year of RN experience required (new grads encouraged to apply)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the nursing process in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act
  • Critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
  • Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (Cerner preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and standard clinical equipment
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
