Registered Nurse NICU Program Coordinator

Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse NICU Program Coordinator to join our compassionate Healthcare & Medical Services team. This full-time, on-site role combines advanced neonatal nursing with program coordination to support our high-acuity NICU. The RN will deliver direct bedside care to premature and critically ill newborns, collaborate closely with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams, and serve as a clinical resource for staff. The coordinator will help lead quality and safety initiatives, support staff education and competencies, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols.
