Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Respond to patient health concerns and evaluate medical needs
- Monitor chronic conditions and follow established treatment plans
- Collaborate with providers regarding patient care and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Follow nursing standards, company policies, and facility procedures
- Serve as the primary clinical resource during assigned shifts
- Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered healthcare environment
