As an RN Supervisor, You Will:
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to private duty and home care staff
• Oversee patient care plans and ensure quality outcomes
• Collaborate with providers and clinical teams as patient needs evolve
• Conduct evaluations and support ongoing staff development
• Provide in-office education and clinical support when needed
• Help ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes
Qualifications:
• Current unrestricted RN license in Indiana
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
• Previous RN supervisory experience preferred
• Trach and/or ventilator experience preferred but not required
