Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics travel contract for 13 weeks in Greensboro, North Carolina. Provides high-quality pediatric care in a hospital setting while receiving competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring compliance with safety and treatment protocols.
* Assess patient conditions, document findings, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, monitoring patient responses closely.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and provide education.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
* BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, if applicable
* State Nursing License
* At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in a hospital setting
* Ability to work multiple shifts
* Strong communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to different shift times
* Valid driver's license
* Proficiency with EMR systems
* Physical ability to perform nursing duties
