Schedule

  • 24 or 36 hours per week

  • Day ‐ rotational and Night shifts available

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, Women's Health, or Pediatrics preferred.

  • Certifications: Current BLS required; ACLS, PALS, SANE‐A, AFN‐C, LNCC preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, emotional resilience, strict adherence to patient confidentiality, and the ability to work independently under high‐stress conditions.

NYS Specific Training Requirements

  • SAFE Certification: Must have successfully completed the NYS Department of Health‐approved 40‐hour SAFE training curriculum (or be willing to complete it within 3 months of hire).

  • Clinical Preceptorship: Completion of required clinical preceptorship hours and pelvic examination competencies as mandated by NYS DOH for official SAFE designation.
