More about the Role:We're Not Looking for Just Another RVT/LVT. We're Looking for a Difference Maker!
At our hospital, we believe every patient deserves a chance—even when the path forward isn't easy. We believe in showing up for the cases others might turn away, pushing for the best possible outcomes, and practicing medicine with urgency, compassion, and heart.
We're building something special, and we're looking for a next-level RVT/LVT who shares that mission.
This isn't just a technician position. It's an opportunity to become a key leader in our hospital, someone who can elevate patient care, strengthen team performance, and help drive our practice forward.
What Makes This Role Different?
We're looking for someone who can:
· Manage hospital flow in real time while keeping the team calm and focused.
· Help guide and support technicians and assistants throughout the day.
· Keep cases moving efficiently—without sacrificing quality or patient safety.
· Confidently collaborate with our veterinarians on workflow, case management, and patient priorities.
· Serve as the bridge between the treatment floor and hospital leadership.
· Understand that exceptional medicine and a healthy, sustainable business go hand in hand.
This is for someone who doesn't get overwhelmed when things get busy—they get sharper.
Who You Are:
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You move with urgency but never cut corners.
You care deeply about your patients and believe doing things the right way always matters.
You understand that experience, grit, integrity, and heart matter just as much as the letters after your name.
You're the person others naturally look to when things get hectic because you stay calm, focused, and solutions oriented.
You believe:
· Fast medicine can still be exceptional medicine.
· Clients deserve transparency, empathy, and education.
· Teamwork is everything.
· Growth happens when you step up—not when you wait.
· Leadership is earned through actions, not titles.
· You love procedures.
· You love surgery.
· You love anesthesia.
· You lead by example.
· You're ready for more responsibility and excited to help build something bigger than yourself.
This Role Is Not for Everyone:
If you're simply looking for a paycheck or a title, this probably isn't the right fit.
But if you're looking for a hospital where your voice matters, your skills are valued, your leadership is encouraged, and your work genuinely changes lives, we'd love to meet you.
We're building a team that works hard, supports one another, and refuses to settle for average.
If that sounds like you, apply today. Let's build something extraordinary—together.
