Position is available in Salem, OR. Candidates are required to complete necessary documentation prior to starting the assignment. Applicants with a compact license may begin but must obtain their permanent license promptly. For SC applicants, a permanent license is required, and compact licenses are not accepted.
Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the past year at the facility will not be eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Those with prior travel experience at the facility must be reviewed for rehire eligibility if their previous stint was over a year ago.

Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year
Certifications/Requirements:
- General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
- Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training
Additional Information:
- Credentialing requirements to be completed before contract QA.
- Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
- Parking information will be given on the first day of work.
- Dress code will be communicated on the first day of work.
