Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead the OP Physical Therapy team. This role offers interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapy and speech language pathology, strong verification, billing, and scheduling experience, and the opportunity to oversee the revenue cycle and registration/insurance. Experience running an OP PT team in a clinic setting is preferred, along with career growth opportunities across a large health system. The position involves working in a fast-paced hospital setting with diverse patient populations, training, educating, and growing your team. The location is in West Town, a vibrant and culturally rich neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and close to the airport.
Responsibilities include supervising rehab services daily activities, coordinating and supervising staff and clinical affiliates, treatments, and activity schedules. The role also involves assisting in planning and establishing policies and procedures, developing new programs, training and monitoring competency of new and current personnel, and assisting in staff performance evaluations. Direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment, is also part of the role, along with assisting the Director in management of the department and assuming delegated assignments.
Qualifications include a graduate degree from an approved school of physical therapy, three years of experience as a practicing physical therapist, and a license from the Physical Therapy Board of the state. BCLS for healthcare provider's certification is required upon hire and must be maintained.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $96,907.20 to $140,379.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered.
