What You'll Do

• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Provide follow-up contact with leads to nurture their journey through the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings you set up, interviews that take place, and hires made from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

How You'll Be Compensated

This role operates on a performance-based, commission-only model, meaning unlimited earning potential linked directly to your contributions.
