We're an AV Preeminent®-rated firm growing fast across Southern California, and we're hiring two civil litigation attorneys for sophisticated public entity defense work. Our comp model is built to reward the people who drive results: the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn — with no rigid billable grind holding you back.

We want a self-motivated attorney who can run independently and own their matters start to finish.

You've got:

• 2+ years of California civil litigation experience (insurance defense or employment background a strong fit)

• Active CA Bar, good standing

• The drive to run your own caseload with minimal oversight

• Strong writing (we'll ask for samples)

You get:

• $150K–$190K base + a genuinely bonus-heavy model — productivity bonuses, origination credit, and real reward for bringing in business

Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• No billable-hour requirement

Location: remote or hybrid — you'll want to be within ~1–2 hours of the Riverside office for occasional in-person depositions.
