Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform and your existing connections
• Engage with prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation
• Follow up with leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that arise, and successful hires from your leads
