Your Responsibilities

• Seek out potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform and your vast network
• Engage prospective candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to stoke their interest and assist in supporting their career journey
• Ensure all records are accurately maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Reap rewards in the form of commission based on meetings set, interviews held, and hires resulting from your efforts

Your Compensation Structure

This opportunity operates solely on performance-based commission, therefore there is no limit on your earning potential.
