ServiceNow Product Manager

A client of Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to own the Business Shared Services ServiceNow portfolio supporting HR, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions. This individual will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team, driving roadmap strategy, prioritization, process improvement, onboarding, and adoption across these business units. This is not a hands-on configuration role. Instead, the ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow knowledge coupled with the ability to gather requirements, understand complex business processes, partner with stakeholders, translate workflows into product requirements, and guide Business Analysts and development teams through execution. The person will essentially become the business owner for these ServiceNow implementations and ensure successful onboarding, automation, and adoption across shared services functions.
