Role Description

This full-time remote Research Operations & Data Analyst role supports the design, execution, and optimization of Gravion Capital’s quantitative research processes.

The person in this role will collect, clean, and structure diverse datasets, perform data-driven analyses, and support systematic strategy research with robust documentation and quality controls.

The role also involves conducting market and behavioral data research, monitoring data integrity, and collaborating with researchers to translate hypotheses into well-defined, reproducible analytical tasks.
