Resident Relations Associate

RiverWoods is currently seeking a full-time (40 hours), Resident Relations Associate. The primary role of the Resident Relations Associate is to perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and technical functions in support of the Director of Community Life and the Community Life Team. Typical hours for this position are day time hours, but some flexible may be needed at times to be able to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing quality customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and team members, assisting residents with technology challenges, assisting residents with other technology needs, assisting residents with setting up and managing online platforms, assisting residents in accessing and paying monthly service fee statements, developing resident savvy "how-to" guides, crafting a system to organize resident technology challenge requests, generating a weekly scheduler/calendar based off of resident technology needs, assisting Community Life Events Coordinator in keeping events and content up to date on the RiverWoods resident engagement portal, teaching workshops to residents and team members, offering support to the Community Life Team by designing and distributing flyers and posters to publicize campus specific events, assisting in the setup, serving and break down of Community Life meetings and events, and completing administrative work as assigned in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years' experience in an IT or media focused role, a State New Hampshire Notary Public certificate or willingness to obtain one, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with an aptitude for additional computer learning.
