Respiratory Care Clinical Educator

TriStar Health is seeking a Respiratory Educator to advance respiratory care practice across our network. This role develops and delivers evidence-based education for respiratory therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, focusing on ventilator management, airway care, pulmonary diagnostics, and emergency response. The Respiratory Educator supports orientation, skills validation, simulation training, and competency assessments, while promoting safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with clinical leaders, this position helps implement best practices, mentors staff, and contributes to performance improvement and patient outcome initiatives.
