Respiratory Therapist II

The Respiratory Therapist II at Novant Health provides advanced, evidence-based respiratory care to patients across acute and outpatient settings within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role manages invasive and non-invasive ventilation, performs arterial blood gases and pulmonary function testing, and responds to respiratory emergencies while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team. The therapist delivers patient and family education, mentors junior staff, and actively participates in quality and safety initiatives.
