General Manager Opportunity

As General Manager, everything inside the four walls is yours to leadpeople, performance, culture, and results.

You will:

• Analyze and manage the restaurant's P&L
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, labor, and legal standards
• Create a culture where guests return and employees grow

• Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results)
• Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 $82,000+

This role is designed for operators who want ownership, accountability, and upsidenot micromanagement.

Competitive base salary: $62,000 $70,000

This is not an entry-level position.

Required:

• 3+ years as a General Manager (or equivalent) in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
• Demonstrated success managing people, sales, and profitability
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational controls
• Experience reading and managing a P&L
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
