Polished Restaurant Manager

We are in search for a Polished Restaurant Manager for our location within the Las Vegas, NV market. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to assist with our continued growth and success within the market.

Polished full-service experience with bar is a must for this role

This position is on the strip

Experience Requirements:

  • High volume 6+ million net sales experience
  • Solid tenure with a desire to grow
  • Strong culinary knowledge with scratch food experience only
  • High volume bar sales with wine knowledge

Compensation:

  • 80-90K base with bonus program 20%
