Retail Associate

Job Description: Retail associates are responsible for the front line interactions with our customers. At Born United, we emulate a customer focused experience, ensuring everyone feels welcome to shop with us. This position is paid on an hourly basis and will be discussed during the interview process. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly, respectful, and enthusiastic mannerProvide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find items that match their needs and interestsOperate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floorRestock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and labeledAssist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipmentsSupport store promotions, seasonal displays, and special eventsUphold company values and represent the brand with pride and professionalismFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesQualifications:Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and computer skillsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeInterest in or appreciation for patriotic themes and productsWork Environment:Retail store setting with frequent customer interactionRequires standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 2540 lbs)Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
