Ross Stores - 19563 Haynes Road - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking them at each register transaction; Assists Customers with merchandise, answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a safe shopping environment by following safety practices and reporting unsafe conditions to Store Leadership; Performs cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, replenishing restroom supplies) to keep store areas clean; Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items according to monthly presentation guidelines
