Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Stores (US), this role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our retail operations.
Description of Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational processes across stores and digital, serving as the primary operational partner to both teams and driving efficiency at scale
- Oversee inventory processing and management, from ensuring inventory is received and checked in accurately and in a timely manner to managing inventory adjustments and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Own store facilities management — support floor plans and space planning, building code/safety compliance, and repair/maintenance vendor relationships, including scheduling service visits and driving timely resolution across the store portfolio
- Lead bi-annual physical inventories and the cycle count program end-to-end — including planning, execution, variance analysis, and root-cause resolution of shrink drivers
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, processes, and best practices — owning the business case, rollout, training, and adoption
- Own omni-channel fulfillment processes in-store, partnering with digital to improve SLAs, accuracy, and throughput
- Act as a hands-on problem-solver and troubleshooter, applying a commercial, business-oriented lens to prioritize issues by P&L and customer impact
- Own store expense centers (catering, cleaning, shipping/messenger, supplies, uniforms, etc.), managing budgets, negotiating vendor terms, and identifying consolidation and bulk-rate savings opportunities
- Own backend POS administration and serve as escalation point for store teams, diagnosing and resolving issues independently and driving systemic fixes rather than one-off workarounds
- Lead operational readiness and execution for store openings, pop-ups, and events, from pre-opening planning through post-launch optimization
- Build and own the operations reporting: designing, automating, and distribute recurring dashboards and KPI reporting that hold store teams accountable, surface trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Leverage advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex lookups, nested logic, Power Query, macros) to analyze large operational datasets, store behavior and sales, model scenarios, and build scalable reporting tools
